| It was last September when we received
a call from Annie & Ray of Smith
Tree Industries with an interesting proposal. They challenged us to
meet them in Knoxvile, Tennessee for a woodworking face off. The battle
would be televised on a TV show called "Warehouse Warriors" which
is sponsored by the DIY Network (a sister
station of HGTV). Never one to turn down a challenge (or a free trip, for
that matter) we agreed immediately. We quickly assembled a three man team and Dave, Harry and Kurt headed for Knoxville. I got a T-shirt and stayed home while those three got the free trip AND a T-shirt. How did that happen? I'm still scratching my head. |
